How moderation works: every message and audio transcript is scanned automatically by our AI content filters. Video rounds are periodically checked for nudity. If something gets flagged, you'll see a warning in the app. Flagged content is also reviewed by our team.
What happens if you're flagged: you'll get a friendly heads-up in the app explaining what triggered the flag. Occasional flags are reviewed and often cleared. Repeated or serious violations may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban.
