Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do on L'Amore Vince (the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Community Guidelines focus on how to treat people; this AUP focuses on the technical, security, and legal limits on how you may use the Services. Violations may result in suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of unspent credits, and referral to law enforcement.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use the Services to:

  • Connect and converse with other verified, real people through text, audio, and video.
  • Advance through rounds and exchange contact information with mutual consent.
  • Play ice breaker games and take part in events and group experiences.
  • Earn, purchase, and spend credits as intended.
  • Use livestreaming in accordance with our Terms and Community Guidelines.

All use must be lawful, consensual, and consistent with our policies.

2. Identity and Fraud

You must not:

  • Create fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles, or misrepresent your age or identity.
  • Use photographs or likenesses of other people, or AI-generated or altered images intended to deceive.
  • Bypass, spoof, automate, or otherwise manipulate the daily check-in, liveness, or identity verification.
  • Create multiple accounts, or create or use an account to evade a suspension or ban.

3. System Integrity and Security

You must not:

  • Access or attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or accounts.
  • Hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or index the Services or their data by automated means.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Conduct denial-of-service or DDoS attacks, or otherwise overload, flood, or impair infrastructure.
  • Attempt injection, request forgery, session hijacking, or other attacks against the Services or other users.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or authentication features.

4. Data Harvesting

You must not collect, store, or compile other users' information — including names, photos, contact details, or check-in or activity data — whether manually or by automated means, for any purpose not expressly authorized by these policies.

5. Malware and Malicious Code

You must not upload, transmit, link to, or distribute viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful code, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Illegal Activity

You must not use the Services to facilitate, promote, or engage in any unlawful activity, including:

  • Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or coercion of any kind.
  • Fraud, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, or financial scams.
  • Sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or other contraband.
  • Distribution of content that is illegal or that you have no right to share.

7. Commercial Misuse

You must not:

  • Advertise, promote, or solicit for products, services, or platforms without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Services for lead generation, market research, or recruiting.
  • Sell, rent, lease, or transfer your account, credits, unlocked games, or access to any third party.

8. API and Automation Abuse

You must not use bots, scripts, headless browsers, macros, or other automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Services; artificially generate activity, messages, credits, or rankings; or interfere with the normal operation of any feature.

9. Circumventing Platform Mechanics

You must not manipulate, exploit, or attempt to game the credits system, earn mechanics, expiration, refunds, game unlocks, matching, or verification — including any attempt to obtain credits, unlocks, or access you have not properly earned or purchased.

10. Enforcement and Consequences

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, forfeiting unspent credits, preserving and disclosing information as permitted or required by law, and referring matters to law enforcement. We may also pursue all available legal remedies.
