1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using L'Amore Vince ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use L'Amore Vince. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. The Platform and Credits

L'Amore Vince is a real-time connection platform that facilitates conversations through escalating rounds (text, audio, video, contact exchange). Advancement through rounds requires mutual consent and credits.

Credits:

  • Credits are a virtual currency used within the Platform.
  • Credits can be earned through verified actions (phone verification, profile completion, social sharing, etc.) or purchased.
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • Unused credits expire 3 months after being earned or purchased.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit values, costs, and expiration policies with notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload photos or videos that are not of yourself
  • Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or spam
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Share another user's personal information without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent our anti-catfish or identity verification systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Engage in any illegal activity through the Platform

6. Identity Verification and Daily Check-In

We use liveness detection and facial consistency technology to verify users are real people. By using the Platform, you consent to:

  • Daily camera-based liveness checks
  • Storage and processing of facial consistency data for verification purposes
  • Your check-in history being visible to your matches

This data is used solely for verification and is not sold to third parties.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you post.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH, FORM A CONNECTION, OR HAVE ANY PARTICULAR EXPERIENCE ON THE PLATFORM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, L'AMORE VINCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
