A connection moves through four rounds — text, then audio, then video, then contact. You only move forward when both people choose to, and Round 1 is always free.

Verify your phone, share your location, and link your social accounts to earn free credits. You can do it all from your profile, and the credits land instantly.

Open the Credits tab and pick a pack — Starter, Standard, or Pro. Bigger packs cost less per credit, and paying with USDC gets you a bonus.

No. Credits you buy or earn stay in your account until you spend them.

Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days. Credits you've already spent or earned for free aren't refundable. See our Credits & Refunds policy for details.

Never, unless you choose to share it. If you want to stay reachable without handing over your number, use a private forwarding number instead.

Open the connection, tap the menu, and choose Block. They're removed from your matches and can't reach you again.
Technical IssuesThe app isn't loading
Refresh the page and check your connection. If it still won't load, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
Technical IssuesMy camera isn't working
Make sure your browser has permission to use the camera and that no other app is using it. Reloading the page usually clears it up.
Technical IssuesI can't hear audio
Check that your device isn't muted and the volume is up. On headphones, confirm they're connected before the round starts.
Technical IssuesMy credits didn't update
Credits usually appear within a few seconds. If a purchase or reward hasn't shown up after a minute, refresh — and if it's still missing, contact support.
AccountHow do I delete my account?
Go to your profile settings and choose Delete account. This removes your data and can't be undone.
AccountHow do I change my profile?
Open your profile to update your details, preferences, and what you're looking for. Changes save right away.
AccountWhat happens if I miss a daily check-in?
Nothing bad — you just take a fresh selfie next time you open the app before you start. Your connections are waiting for you.

Every connection starts with an ice breaker game. The core four are free, and there are dozens more to unlock, from quick word games to camera challenges.

Unlock premium games one at a time for a single credit, or grab a themed pack for less than buying each game on its own.
GamesWhat is the Vegas Pack?
The Vegas Pack is four bluffing-and-betting games about reading people under pressure. Buy the pack together and save versus unlocking each game individually.
ConnectionsHow long do connections last?
An active connection stays open while you're both engaging with it. If it goes quiet, it eventually expires — but you can reopen it.
ConnectionsHow do I reopen an expired connection?
Open the expired connection and choose Reopen. It costs a few credits and gives you more time to pick up where you left off.
ConnectionsWhat is contact exchange?
Contact exchange is the final round. When you both opt in, you can share Instagram, Reddit, or a private forwarding number — your choice, on your terms.
