Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines describe the behavior we expect from everyone on L'Amore Vince. They apply across every part of the Services — text, audio, video, contact exchange, games, events, group experiences, and livestreaming. They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking them can lead to warnings, suspension, permanent removal, and referral to law enforcement.

1. The Core Principle: Real People, Real Conversations

L'Amore Vince exists for genuine human connection. Everything below flows from one idea: be a real person, present today, treating others the way you'd want to be treated.

2. Identity and Authenticity

  • Use real, current photos of yourself. No photos of other people, heavily altered images, or images designed to mislead.
  • Keep your profile honest — your age, intentions, and the things you say about yourself.
  • Complete the daily check-in honestly. It is how the community knows the person you're talking to is real and present today. Do not attempt to fake, automate, or circumvent it.
  • One account per person. No impersonation of real or fictional people.

3. Respect

Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not.

  • No harassment, bullying, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • No hate speech, slurs, or demeaning content targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, color, caste, religion, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious medical condition, or immigration status.
  • No threats, intimidation, incitement of violence, or wishing harm on others.

4. Safety

  • Never share your home address, workplace, financial details, passwords, or other sensitive information with someone you've just met — and don't pressure others to share theirs.
  • Be deliberate about when you reveal personal contact information. You're never required to advance.
  • Watch for red flags: requests for money or gift cards, pressure to move off the platform quickly, inconsistent personal details, gaps in someone's check-in history, or anyone pushing you to do something you're not comfortable with.

5. No Exploitation

  • No solicitation, escort services, or sex work of any kind.
  • No requests for money, gifts, donations, or financial assistance, and no investment, crypto, or "opportunity" pitches.
  • No recruiting users to other platforms, services, multi-level marketing, or pyramid or financial schemes.

6. Sexual Content and Consent

  • No explicit sexual content in profiles or in text rounds.
  • No unsolicited explicit content of any kind — sending sexual content to someone who has not asked for it is prohibited.
  • All interaction must be consensual. "No," silence, or hesitation means stop. Respect boundaries immediately.

7. Minors — Absolute Prohibition

  • The Services are strictly 18 and older.
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to engage a minor, results in immediate permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.
  • If you encounter anything suggesting a minor is using the Services or being targeted, report it immediately to support@lamorevince.com.

8. Recordings

  • Do not record audio or video of any session, and do not screen-capture another person, without the consent of all participants.
  • Do not share, post, or threaten to share recordings, screenshots, or images of others without their consent.

9. Livestreaming Conduct

If you livestream a session:

  • Every participant must consent before the stream begins.
  • You are responsible for what you stream. Permitted: consensual, guideline-compliant conversation. Not permitted: streaming anyone who hasn't consented, illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual or sexual content, harassment, or anything that violates these Guidelines or a third-party platform's rules.
  • Stop the stream immediately if any participant withdraws consent.

10. Games and Fair Play

  • Play fairly. No cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game mechanics or outcomes.
  • Don't use the games to harass, pressure, or mislead another person.

11. No Bots or Automation

  • No bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to use, interact with, or extract data from the Services.
  • No artificial inflation of activity, credits, or rankings.

12. Commercial Activity

  • No advertising, promotion, spam, or solicitation without our prior written consent.
  • No using the Services for lead generation or to sell products or services.

13. Enforcement Tiers

Depending on severity and history, we may apply:

  1. Warning — notice and a chance to correct behavior.
  2. Temporary suspension — time-limited loss of access.
  3. Permanent ban — account terminated and unspent credits forfeited.
  4. Law enforcement referral — for illegal conduct, threats of harm, or content involving minors.

Serious violations (minors, exploitation, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content) skip straight to permanent termination and may be reported to authorities.

14. Reporting

  • Use the in-app report button and select the reason that fits. You can also email support@lamorevince.com.
  • Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We may remove content, restrict or remove accounts, and contact authorities where appropriate.
  • We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

15. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@lamorevince.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We review appeals and respond with our decision.
