- Daily liveness check images (camera captures)
- Facial consistency scores derived from check-in history
- Phone verification records
Usage Data:
- Matching preferences and filters
- Round progression history
- Credit transaction history
- Connection history (rounds reached, contact exchanges)
- App activity logs
Technical Data:
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- Browser or app version
- Location (if you grant permission)
Communications:
- Messages sent during Round 1 (text)
- No audio or video is recorded or stored
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve the Platform
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To match you with other users
- To process credits and transactions
- To send transactional emails (match alerts, credit expiry, event reminders)
- To enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Facial and Biometric Data
We collect and process facial images for the sole purpose of liveness verification and anti-catfish detection. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to build general facial recognition databases. Facial consistency scores are derived data, not raw biometric identifiers. Retention: check-in images are retained for 30 days of visible history; underlying scores are retained for the life of the account.
If you are a resident of Illinois, Texas, Washington, or another state with biometric privacy laws, you have additional rights. Contact support@lamorevince.com to exercise them.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the Platform (cloud hosting, identity verification, communication services) under data processing agreements
- Law enforcement when required by law or to protect safety
- Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to users
6. Data Retention
- Active account data: retained for the life of your account
- Deleted account data: purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
- Liveness check images: 30-day rolling window
- Audit logs: retained for 12 months
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
